Level 1

Best option for those with no experience.

LEvel Appropriate Skills

Preferred for prep teams.

Standing Tumbling Skills:

  • Forward Roll
  • Back walkover
  • Front Walkover

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • Cartwheel
  • Round Off
  • Cartwheel – Back walkover
  • Front Walkover – Cartwheel
  • Front Walkover – Round Off

Stunt Skills:

  • Release style from floor/waist level to prep level lib or 2 foot stunt
  • Prep level lib to lib tic tock
  • 1/4 twisting transitions to below prep level
  • 1/4 twisting transition at prep level

Elite Level Appropriate SKills

Highly recommended for Prep Teams, required for Elite Teams.

Standing Tumbling Skills:

  • Switch Leg Back Walkover
  • Valdez
  • Connection of 2 or more level appropriate standing skills with no pauses or steps between

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • Connection of 3 or more level appropriate skills with no pauses or steps between
  • Cartwheel – Back Walkover – Back walkover
  • Front Walkover – Cartwheel – Back walkover

Stunt Skills:

  • Flexibility prioritized for elite flyers
  • Straight Cradle
  • Tic Tock below and/or at prep level (Body Position to Body Position)
  • Switch up from ground to prep level body position
  • 1/4 twisting transition to prep or prep level 1 leg stunt

Level 2

  • Back Handspring
  • Back Handspring Step Out

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • Tic Tock at prep level 
  • Barrel/log roll
  • 1/2 twisting transition
  • Prep Level 1 leg stunt
  • Extension
  • Straight Cradle from 1 foot stunt or extension

Elite level appropriate skills

Highly recommended for Prep Teams, required for Elite Teams.

  • Connection of 2 or more skills, including at least one level appropriate skill

  • FWO – RO – BHS/BHS Series

Stunt Skills:

  • Flexibility prioritized for elite flyers
  • Inversion to extended stunt/prep level body position
  • Tic Tock at prep level body to body position
  • 1/2 twisting transition to extension
  • 1/2 twisting inversion to prep level 1 leg stunt
  • 1/4 twisting dismount to cradle
  • Straight Ride Basket Toss

LEVEL 3

Elite Level Appropriate Skills

  • Connection of 3 skills including at least 2 level appropriate connected skills.
  • BHS Series (3+)
  • Jump – BHS Series

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • Connection of 2 or more level appropriate skills, or any level appropriate skill connected by a lower level running skill
  • Front Handspring – Punch Front
  • FWO – Aerial
  • RO – BHS – Tuck

 

Stunt Skills:

  • Flexibility prioritized for elite flyers
  • Inversion to extended 1 leg stunt
  • Tic Tock prep level single leg to extended body position
  • Release to prep level body position
  • Full up to prep body position
  • 1/2 twisting transition to extended one leg
  • Full Twisting dismount from prep or higher to cradle
  • Basket toss with one skill

Level 4

Elite levels only.

  • BHS Series – Tuck
  • BWO – Tuck
  • Standing Tuck

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • Punch Front step out – RO – BHS – Tuck

Stunt Skills:

  • Extended inverted stunt
  • Released inversion from waist to prep or above
  • Release from ground level to extended level stunt
  • 1.5 Twist to below prep/prep level/extended
  • Full twist to extended 1 leg stunt
  • Double twist dismount from prep/extension
  • Full twisting switch up to 1 leg stunt

Level 5

Elite levels only.

  • BHS – Tuck – BHS – Tuck
  • BHS – Whip – BHS – Tuck
  • BHS/Series – Layout
  • Jump – Back Tuck

 

Running Tumbling Skills:

  • RO – BHS/Series – Full
  • RO – Arabian
  • FWO – RO – BHS – Full
  • PF Step out – RO – BHS – Full

Stunt Skills:

  • Downward inversion from extended stunt
  • Back handspring up to extended stunt
  • Tic Tock extended 1 leg stunt to 1 leg stunt
  • Full twisting switch up to extended 1 leg stunt
  • 1.5 twist to extended stunt
  • Double twisting transition to extended stunt
  • Double twisting dismount from 1 leg stunt to cradle
  • Full twisting tick tock to extended one leg (low to high or high to high)
  • 3 skill basket (ex. hitch, kick, full)
