All Tumbling Classes require pre-registration and are for athletes ages 6 & up. Open Gyms are strictly for athletes ages 7 & up.
Leveled Tumbling Classes are offered weekly on Sundays 1:00-4:00pm.
Level 3+: Tucks, Layouts, and More!
1:00-2:00pm
Session is broken down into groups so that athletes can target the skill most appropriate for their current progression. Curriculum covers tucks, layouts, and above and provides support for all star cheerleaders level 3 and above. Athletes should have a strong standing and running back handspring to rebound as a minimum to be successful in this class.
Level 2: Handsprings and Handspring Connections
2:00-3:00pm
Focused on front and back handspring development along with intermediate progressions appropriate for level 2 all star cheerleaders. It is recommended that athletes have a strong handstand, bridge, cartwheel, and round off to be successful in this class.
Level 1: Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Walkovers – Beginners Welcome!
3:00-4:00pm
Beginner friendly and focused on developing a strong foundation for tumbling training. Class curriculum includes essentials for tumbling development and a skill focus basics such as handstands, forward/backward, cartwheels, through more advanced skills like front and back walkovers and roundoffs. This class is designed to directly support level 1 all star cheerleaders.
